I really admire their stitching technique because if there is any issue by an inch or two, you can always just pull a string, and woalah, it fits like a glove. "I have been shopping for about 4 years now online for indian outfits. This website has to be the best from my experience of purchasing products. Not only is the process made to be easy, but I love how customer friendly everyone is and they make sure you receive updates on the orders. I love the confirmations they send along with any measurement questions they have before they start the stitching process in case if they want to make sure they have the measurements correct. I live in California and the products come through DHL, fast and easy. Not to make this sound so perfect, but realistically you cannot find a good service and product like how Indianclothstore offers; I mean even when problems arise, their customer service is always on the go to help out in the best way they can. Shopping online comes with a trust issue, but with these guys my trust has secured finally because I never have to go wonder on other websites to purchase my items or products at a great service, great quality and price. "Gave the correct measurements & still stitched blouses too small. Even after I emailed them to confirm & paid extra as requested within 2min of receiving their invoice. Didnot send my petticoats for Sarees I ordered. Materials not same quality as photo. Tried to tell me my lengha saree was correct being only 153cm long. Emailed as soon as I got packages, saying want to return & get refund. They asked me to send photos I did straight away. Explained wedding next month. After another two emails from me to them, requesting update their response was blouses can be fixed, if want send back to them. That was it nothing else. 5 emails with no response; then phone number on their emails does not work, it took 7 tries on the website number, message on Facebook, tried the online chat but no response before I finally got Chirag who told me then to go on Skype & even after that told me I was being difficult. Gave me to stitching guy Anish. As soon as mum started talking in Hindi suddenly yes outfits can't be worn without the petticoats & I have a second part to my outfit. DO NOT BUY from them. Have photos as proof of how bad they are.
They dont abide by their own refund rules!! If you don't talk in Hindi or owe them money are unhelpful.."

"I ordered a sharara outfit from Indian Cloth Store last month and advertised outfit had red raw silk, beautiful embroidered shirt and beautiful scarf. I was excited that I was getting very good price and the customer service was helpful before ordering when I asked if they can expedite my order and send ASAP and they said yes it will be sent within 2 weeks, but when I ordered they were changed and telling oh we take our time and let you know when dispatched, now I got my order today after 5 weeks and guess what?? The so called sharara was a long maxi dress with cheap net and no silk anywhere just cheapest Georgette and crunchy net with very cheap and totally different embroidery than shown in the pictures at their website. I live in Texas, US and buy outfits from local boutiques, before ordering I was thinking if their product is nice I will give my business permanently to them because I need at least 15-20 outfits per year and with good price I can save some bucks but they are very greedy people which I learned the hard way and my advise to you is buy where you see what it is and save your money because mine is completely wasted. I advise you to stay away from these people. "
