"I ordered a DVD from IndiePix that was discontinued and out of stock everywhere else. They listed the item as "in stock," but my order was never processed. I never received any sort of notification that they didn't have the item. They sent me a confirmation email when I placed my order and that's the last I heard from them. After a couple of days had passed, it was pretty obvious the DVD was also discontinued there as well, but even after opening two support tickets at their website, I received NO reply. The company has no sense of customer service and I'm still not entirely sure if they're gonna charge me for the order, but I mentioned in my second unreplied-to support ticket that I wanted my order canceled and threatened a chargeback if they charged me... still no reply. There are plenty of companies selling obscure DVD titles and I advise you to steer clear of this one."
