"Indigo/Chapters is as awful as Ticketmaster when it comes to their pricing. If you order a book online, you can expect to get a discount off the cover price (I have seen some pretty dramatic discounts), but when you visit one of their retail stores you pay the full cover price for going there and picking it up yourself. Can I order a book online for the discounted cover price and pick it up at the store? NO. No one at their retail stores seem to be able to explain the difference in pricing. If you shop at Chapters/Indigo, be expected to be ripped off compared to having the book shipped to you.
