"I had a custom ordered sari made by the design team at IndusDiva.

The Design team is brilliant and very accomodating (Jyoti and Reena would schedule skype session with me so I could view the sari etc). The only thing I didn't notice was the embrodiery on my sari was done in antique gold sequins while I was hoping for bright shiny gold...but this sari always gets alot of compliments everytime I wear it.

Overall my experience with IndusDiva has been outta this world amazing. Jyoti runs the show and her team is awesome...they definitely delivered the sari on time as I wore it to my reception.

"Not sure If other reviewers are genuine who praise there service, but I am having a bad experience with them, Initially I had a chat about shippping days and I was told that Items will be shipped in 10-12 business days , when I ordered the ship date was 25 days, I contacted them that I had a party and requested them to ship it earlier or cancel my order,

The communication was very good between us and they promised that they will expedite the process and I kept waiting and when I contacted them on 12th , they said we will ship on 17th instead of me receiving the items on 17th, Now 17th also passed and still they do not have exact dates.

Good Luck if you are dealing with them , It all depends on your luck , they have no control on there vendors."

"Company has a great selection. A bit pricier than the competition on the same outfit but the variety is superior. I prefer shipping methods that include custom prices, this one does not have that and I was caught off guard when the delivery man asked for money. Not their fault. I didn't read the shipping policy. Return request of 24 hours is too short. But they were very nice and worked with me every step of the way to fix the issues. I am happy with their customer service.
