"Unfortunately I did not receive the customer service as expected. On their website it is promoted free shipping over $100. So when I made my selection which was over $100 the free shipping did not automatically appear and it asked me for the shipping cost. I sent an email no answer after two days I called and got a very angry man on the phone. As I was trying to explain him that the website home page promotes free shipping over $100 he raised his voice and kept on saying, 'what is it you want me to do, huh?' 'That's only for special items'. When I told him that is was not stated on his home page. He got angry and hang up. Great way of doing business."
