Terrible

"Never sent my p100 mask orders. After 1 week I attempted to cancel. Took 1 more week for them to actually cancel. It's been a month since cancelling, and I still have not received my refund, or a response as to why I have not been refunded yet. "

Never buy anything from this website

"I ordered 80 pieces of 3M 8210 Series N95 Particulate Respirator on this website on Jan.26. According to the receipt, it should include 4 boxes with 20 pieces each. However, when I received my order, it turned out that each box only contained 10 pieces. No money was returned and I was convinced that this firm didn't give a **** about its customers as soon as it got your money. Avoid this firm! "

I Think Most People Can Spot a Shill "A+" Review When They See One

"Similar experience to the others. Owner is a testy [ ] who won't accept buyer cancellations but feels free to cancel confirmed orders arbitrarily.

I had thought that sellers whose "inventory" was just an SKU list and who cast a wide net through hyped search engine results for orders to fill the few they actually could were shaken out of business years ago.

I know that if I were ordering anything upon which someone's safety actually depended, or had to order anything for which biting on a listing from their "inventory" may cost me on opportunity to buy from a reliable seller, even at a higher price, I'd stay miles away from this website.

An A++ ethical, responsive company

"I contacted several safety supply companies looking for N-95 respirators for myself and several friends with health issues. Other companies just ignored the orders, and if you called they said they were out of stock and that was it. I found the website for Industrial Safety in Westport, CT and was amazed by their attitude and service. Respirators that I had attempted to order elsewhere were available for 1/3 the price at Industrial Safety because they did not price gouge during the corona virus scare. If an item became unavailable during the order processing time (a day or 2) , they called and suggested an alternative, and followed up on your order. I was a very small customer, and was treated like a Fortune 100 company at a time when they were flooded with customers. They also updated their website when something sold out instead of leading people on for weeks on end. An amazing company at a time when their competitors seemed to only be interested in making as much money off the coronavirus as possible. A great company to do business with. "

3M Dust Masks

"Purchased 3 boxes of 10 masks and they sent me 3 masks. I called customer service and they told me that it my fault that I checked 3 each not 3 boxes. This is not true. They said they would take them back if I paid shipping and agreed to a 15% restocking fee. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!"

"I thought I was buying a 10 pack of 3M N95 respirator masks for $19.99 so I bought 2. Upon delivery, I opened the box to find "two" masks not in a sealed package. Stay far away from this vendor.

worse customer service ever

"Website showed that product was in stock. Week later I go to the site and it shows on back order. No email was sent for this status. Called and they were going to call me back with a ship date...never called back so I called again and canceled the order because it was a safety issue and I needed to purchase elsewhere. My purchase was a 1500.00 purchase and I don't think they should have charged until shipped. After canceling I got an email that it take 24 hours for the refund to show up...it's been two weeks no refund. Thankfully I paid with paypal credit so I will not be out of pocket. Pitiful service. They lost a potential customer but NEVER will I shop with them again."

Beware of IndustrialSafety, or Lack Thereof!

"I ordered a product on 3-25-16. It arrived, and was defective. I've gone through hell trying to get it back (many emails, calls, pictures sent, etc). It was sent to the manufacturer. I was promised a check for the purchase price. As of 2-11-17, it had not yet arrived. The owner got involved in March and rectified the situation with a full refund. "

"We placed the order online. My card was charged right away, and after 12 days without any communication from the seller, we decided to call the store to find out the status of the shipment. The representative said the order was cancelled because our address was flagged and they wouldn't be able to sell us the items.

"This is the place to buy all of your safety equipment and MORE. The prices are extremely reasonable and customer service does a great job negotiating larger request.
