"This is absolutely the worst mail order purchasing experience I've ever had. Ordered a drive cable on 9/18/2005 to be shipped Priority Mail. Upon ordering, I instantly received order confirmation. Website indicated orders are shipped daily so it should have arrived in 3 days.
On 9/22 I still had not received any confirmation that the order shipped so I emailed sales to determine if it had shipped or not. They responded that the order was not in their system and that I must not have clicked Purchase button properly because the order # didn't look right. I responded back with my order confirmation.
They responded the next day with "oops sorry, it's been shipped.". I received it the next day only to find that it was the wrong item. I sent them a message on 9/24 indicating it was wrong, that I would return it and asked them to ship the correct one.
I received message on 9/26 "Yup looks like we screwed up. Yes we have the single as well. It will go out today.". On 9/29 I received a shipping confirmation that it was being mailed First Class. Clearly they didn't bother to ship the day they indicated.
I would avoid this company. It clearly isn't worth the hassle of dealing with their incompetence.

"Purchase was easy enough, had nice feature of checking the status of your order online, but that's about where the good stuff ends.
I placed the order @ 5pm on a Tuesday w/ UPS Ground on an in-stock item. Indiana to Maryland, I suppose I should have received the item on Friday.
Friday rolls around, I do a status check and my shipping status says 'pending'. I call and leave a voice mail.
Saturday, I call again and someone picks up -- tells me he doesn't have access to look up orders but knows that the item I purchased is in stock. He told me that the store is closed on the weekend and that he was there answering phones and I think preparing for a computer show that was coming up. He told me that if the order didn't ship Friday, that it would definitely ship Monday and UPS would automatically send me an e-mail w/ a tracking number.
Monday afternoon comes, and still 'pending' status. I call to leave a message to cancel my order, and I e-mailed them expressing my frustration due to their neglect and lack of communication.
It appears that the money had never been taken out of my banking account, but even up till now the order shows a shipping status 'pending'."
