"Completely incompetent is the best rating possible for Indybike.
The website mentions products which I later learned are discontinued. I was shipped the wrong product and noone returned by emails for exchange.I had to call and the sales rep was inept. After a lengthy explanation of what was wrong he promised to send a replacement and a prepaid label for return but I never received anything. Only when I threatened to dispute the charge with my credit card company I got customer report to react. Another inept sales rep had to be explained at lenght about the product listed on the website and finally told me the product was discontinued (Duh! I found it easily on couple of other websites). So I lost 2 months and lots of time and will never shop there again."
