"Overall a great experience. I 'm from the Caribbean with a PO Box address in the US. Ordered a GPR Steering damper and braided lines for my GSXR 07 1K. There was a problem placing my order online (due to my Creadit card information) so I called Indy. I was greated by a helpful gentelman I gave him my order # and imediately he was able to solve my problem. He was even able to tell me that the colour steering damper I wanted wasn't available and gave me several other options! The order was approved on the spot and a confirmation email sent to me in seconds.

"Goodness, I ordered from them, then remembered to look at shipping afterwards (it's only listed on the very last page - and it was $20 to ship two $11 oil filters!). Anyhow, my fault, I spaced... I get so used to free shipping on Amazon, I forget to watch out for excessive shipping charges. By the time the order shipped two days later, it was already too late to cancel it, and that was when I noticed the excessive shipping. Anyhow, you would expect then that they'd ship Priority or something which would have at least gotten it here in 3 days. Nope - it took 8 days to get my item (total of 6 business days, counting Saturday). That's just silly. I'll give them a 1 overall for that."

"Before i ordered from Indysuperbikes i found reviews about their service in various forums. The consensus was that ISB was awesome at customers care and fast at shipping. My experience with then was no different. I received emails from them about the status of my order which i appreciated. My item arrived at my house less than a week after purchase and in perfect condition. I only wish they included an ISB sticker so i could advocate them on my bike.

"High shipping charges, and even higher restocking and exchange fees! They give you only 10 days to return anything, and if you do--be prepared to pay from %15 to 25% even if exchanging the item. I am usually really good at avoiding such sellers, but couldn't find the boots anywhere locally or online. Now for a $224.00 product, I will be paying over $50 dollars in shipping and restocking! It stings! Also, their website really blows--takes forever to navigate since it's more like an index than website. If they have something you want--GO FIND FIND IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!"

"When searching for my product google had free shipping but when I actually ordered the product I was told that is a miss print on googles end. Next I thought my bike had two different version for my year of bike. I was assured that this was not the case. When I received the part sure enough it did not fit. I called the manufacture directly and they gave me the correct part number to order. When I called Indysuperbike back they said that yes there was 2 different models for my bike and year. (This leg work should have been done by them when I mentioned it in the beginning) It took them only about 15 mins to find this info out. (LAZY) They did however have their supplier send me the part directly. When I ordered the part I was under the impression the part was in stock but it was not. All in all in the end I got what I needed and I just had to reshedule my dyno testing."
