"Always good to deal with. They offer a comprehensive range of products at competitive prices so I can usually get everything I want from the one place. This not only makes shopping online more convenient but also means only one shipping charge, which also helps keep my cost down.

Communication is usually quick provided it is vis their website. The only problem I have had on occasions has been sending emails direct (i.e. Not via therir website)as I suspect some messages end up in their junk email which could potenially cost them business.

As I am overseas, I greatly appreciate their attention to meet my specific requests in regards to delivery and documentation etc. that helps ensure orders come through quickly and cost effectively.

In my latest order they found they were unable to supply one particular item (within the near future) after my credit card had been charged. Whilst they have provided me with a gift certificate for use at some time in the future I would have preferred a credit to my account. Having said that, I am not greatly concerned as I will use the gift voucher for sure, and I appreciate the fact that they accept my overseas credit card as not all US based retailers do.

"I found this company on Google shopping advertising a price of $79.95 with free shipping. I called them Monday 7-11-2011 to about a DID chain breaker model KM501E. they said they did not have it in stock but would have it the next day to ship but they wanted an extra $12.95 for shipping. when I told my sales person that I had seen them advertising on Google with free shipping they offered me $2.64 off the shipping cost. I went a head with the order as they still had the best price for this tool but I am a bit disappointed. the part did ship the next day and I received it the next day. great service but questionable advertizing."

Firstly it 2 wks after I placed my order before it was realised that a supplier could not fill a part which I had to change and then another part was ordered incorrectly which I had to wait another wk for. Apart from this the communication was good and some small extras were thrown in to cover the shortfall for having to change the order. "Wonderful, except for the "account" feature on the website. It seems that the only purpose of making an account is to store items in your cart, but even when you are logged in the Sign-In entry bars are still visible and there really isn't much to show that you are actually accessing your account (except that your cart is saved). Also, the website will log you off frequently, which is quite frustrating.

The actual experience, pricing, customer service, and speed of shipment were outstanding, earning a 5-star rating just from that. Despite the poor user interface on the website, the shopping experience was great and I will definitely return to IndySuperbikes for future purchases."
