"I placed an order from the UK.
Postage was quick around 9 days so that was a plus.
I spent my time reading the "read me" and everything went fine up until I had to select which size rom to place on the cart.
On this I was an inexperienced user, but after time realized how all this worked.
I ordered three snes 4MB carts, now only one works, and the little switch you flip on the cart to select hi/lo simply decided to snap. Leaving it stuck on the HI.
I put the cart in the writer the correct way every time, on one occasion the hi/lo switch area became really hot. I erased the carts, no problem at first after writing to them wrong. So..
If this product breaks becasue you write to them wrong but there is no really good documentation - it kind of seems like a a flimsy product, there should be a step by step guide and a list of popular roms to write to the games. Anyone ordering this product with low experience in this stuff is gonna be disappointed.
Email replies take weeks, literally it took two weeks for one reply.
One game I loaded on the chip couldn't get past the copy protection page - I didn't order this product to learn how to code and hack data, i ordered for ease of use, which you only get after maybe struggling with it all.
It would of been better if there was noob friendly documents, and an actual support system that replies in 24 hours, not weeks (tends to be a bit annoying) I think now If i ordered again I would get the results I need/want from the product, I dont think the guy who runs the site is bad, he just cant figure out how to do simple to use documents and send support emails.
For the lack of support, and none noob friendly documentation, and the carts breaking for simply writing to them wrong, im gonna have to go with 2/5 stars.
If i had got it right first time no doubt this would be a higher rating, but i figure a lot of people are paying for this product and learning the hardway.

"Amazing service , quick shipping an fast response "
"Terrible service, after one month order was still not shipped, ( payed with paypal, had to file a complain to get my money back ). No response via emails or their "ticketsystem". Waste of time and scam webstore."
" Infinite Nes Lives is a online market that deals in a niche market for customized Nintendo controllers, as well as homebrew accessories for the NES and SNES.
The first order I placed with Infinite Nes Lives and it's owner Paul was a pleasant one. He was very helpful, the product prices were reasonable and the service was quick and easy. I got my order quickly and when I had issues with the product Paul was happy to help.
That's about as good as it gets. After that it appeared that almost each and every single order after that simply got worse and worse. Wait times on e-mail responses from Paul got longer, it started to take longer and longer to get products I've ordered and to be perfectly honest, there isn't really adequate documentation for his products.
The programmer he offers for sale is based on a build someone else designed, with custom designed software. There's very little documentation for the actual software included with the programmer, so any time a error comes up I have to actually e-mail Paul to see what the issue is.
Programming for the SNES is even worse, the software include for the programmer is actually not very good and I was actually directed by Paul, to use someone else's software they designed to use with his programmer because it had better support.
Further, it's actually possible to damage some of the products he offers by placing them in the programmer incorrectly, something I wasn't aware of until I actually fried a SNES PCB board and had to contact him about having it repaired.
Ignoring that, there has been a series of incorrect order shipments or products, missing parts of my orders and continually longer and longer wait time for orders I've placed in the past. There has been at least two times I had to e-mail them and ask what happened to my order, apparently they just forgot.
Paul is actually a nice guy, he is kind, courteous and respectful. He has always made great strides to make every single one of my bad experiences up to me. I WANT to do business with Paul and continue to buy his products.
The problem is, I just can't keep giving him money for a service he clearly can't provide on a reasonable basis. Something needs to be done to expedite the process and provide better customer support, because as of right now it's just not there."
