"I was a little apprehensive because of the low price on this watch. I called before I ordered to make sure it was in the retail box. I picked it up yesterday from the post office because they needed a signature. I liked the fact that Infinite Shopping took steps to insure responsible delivery. The watch and packaging looked great! "I had my eye on this watch for some time and always scour the internet for the best possible price when I buy anything. In almost any case, you get what you pay for. This is partially true for this case. The watch is authentic, however I was disappointed with the life of the battery. The owner's manual does say that the batteries that come with the watch have a short life span (about 2 years). However, I was surprised at just how short. I received my watch and the battery died literally 1 week later. I contacted Infinite Shopping for assistance and got a reply very quickly. They apologized, explained that they do not warranty batteries, and advised me to take it to my local watch shop to have it replaced for $2. The problem with this is that any unauthorized dealer does not guarantee water resistance once the watch has been opened. While I got the watch for a great price (almost 50% off), I'm not willing to risk that since it's brand new. So instead, I am going to send it to my nearest authorized Casio service center which is an entire ocean away from me, and let them do what they're good at. With that being said, I was very pleased with the price and happy with their speedy reply when I emailed them for assistance, but that one little quirk in quality kind of ruined the rest of the experience for me. I might be willing to buy from Infinite Shopping again in the future, but I'll have to consider all of my options first."

"AVOID this company at all cost. They are not worth the risk of losing money. A company should reasonably stand behind what they sell. They should not lie and deceive and take money that they didn't earn.
I purchased a diesel watch from Infinite shopping. It arrived quickly but broken. They secured the watch box, but they failed to secure the watch itself. It rolled around inside it's own box from NJ to NM and did not work when it arrived, the box was over 4" tall with no padding on the inside to protect or secure the watch. Just to make sure I didn't screw something up i read the manual and read another from the diesel website, nothing worked.
I contacted Infinite and they said, "read your manual, we know it works." This was kind of offensive to me. I replied back them that i had read the manual and i am also a watch collector that is very familiar with watches. I asked for a refund or a replacement watch. They said that they could not comprehend that this watch was broken even though i told them about their own packaging.
They offered me an RA# number but refused to pay for the return shipping which was $11.00. Infinite told me that they would inspect the watch and let me know what they would do. 1 week later they received the watch and they claim it miraculously started working again, a lie if I've ever heard one in my life. They offered me a refund minus my shipping and a $13.00 restocking fee. A full $24.00 Less than this watch cost me. All due to a shabby packaging job by their own company.
This issue is currently under review by paypal. I will update this review accordingly."
"I ordered A bulova precisionist watch from inifinite shopping, I never received the watch and was issued a refund for my purchase. The problem is that when talking to their customer service they kept telling me 4-6 business days it will be shipped. After the 6th day they said that the stock they had was defective and sent back to the factory 3 days ago (something they forgot to share with me in previous communications) After much frustration I said i just wanted my money back, that was 9 days after I initially ordered.
9/12 Infinite shopping issued me my full refund (not Immediately). That was great. What wasn't great is that they continued to call and email me to take down my review. They initially offered 5% coupon then a 10% one (not worth it!!!!) I am a busy person and have only shared this information out of frustration. I would save yourself from the frustration and shop elsewhere."

Sent it back... they tell me they do not take back used items.. BS.. I wore it for a week and the band is screwed up..
