I purchased a IPDM Controller Unit back on 10/27/20, later that day I received an email stating that the price had gone up by $35.21 and if I wanted that part I would have to pay the difference which I reluctantly did. They had promised delivery from 10/29/20 to 11/02/20 but if I hadn't called to inquire about the part I would have never received it which was on Saturday 11/07/20 which is totally unacceptable. Dropped the part off at Nissan on Monday and had to pick it up today due to the fact that the unit was damaged and looked used. I called the customer support rather heated but all she could do was tell me that the RMA musty be issued prior to anything being done. I received an email requesting images of the shipping box and the damages that exist on the part. I did put together six images of the shipping box along with the images of the damaged part on the board which I have sent to them. We'll see how they respond.
I received an email stating that they will refund my money back to me and I do not have to send the part back. So I'm now very satisfied with my results. So I will give them a 5 Star review."
