"I ordered a back covering part for my Infiniti QX50, since for some reason the dealership didn't provide me one and did not carry the part. So I had left town and was having my neighbors look out for its delivery. It never came, once I finally returned back home and got to a computer, I see that I had received several more emails, one in particular that InfinitiParts just "cancelled" my order. Sent me a series of emails. One that the order was processing which I saw prior to leaving thinking that I'm good, then apparently some time later the other emails. One stating that they tried contacting me via email and "phone". Well NO they did not CALL me at all or this could have been addressed! Well once I called them back, spoke with some young lady over the phone that had an attitude of that she probably could care less LOL. Makes me feel like she must be used to it. Oh well, it may have just been my bad luck, in the meantime, I am in the process of trying to order one from somewhere. SMH That's why I hate online as opposed to walking in as I still don't have the part,"

I asked how he could be sure it was available and he said he for sure showed it available and ready to ship out. When I asked him to double check because I had ordered the part online and it was cancelled, the response I got was, "Well, if someone cancelled it then it isn't available."
However, I did not trust it wouldn't be cancelled again and hold the money on my account. I wish it was available because I can not find the part anywhere else including the dealership."
