"Price was great...but it took 15 days just for them to ship my order after several calls and emails asking for order status!!! Most web stores use automated order status systems. All I needed was their system to tell me where in the process I was, or to at least an autoreply to my inquiry.

I will shop somewhere else next time.

"Wrong item was shipped. When I called to return the product, I could not get ahold of anyone. It was the week before Christmas, so I waited until the week after to call again. Once I finally got ahold of someone, I explained that they sent the wrong motherboard. I couldn't understand what the person on the other end said, so I asked them to repeat themselves. Whatever they repeated was also beyond my comprehension. I said "Thanks" and hung up. I then logged onto their web site and filled out the web form to request an RMA number. I never received one. I decided to use the motherboard that they shipped (I ordered that Abit AV8 3rd Eye edition, and they sent the regular AV8. The only difference is that the uGuru clock is included with the 3rd eye edition). Now, after swapping out every other part, I have discovered that the motherboard is defective. At this point, I'm just going to eat the $138 and buy an MSI board from zipzoomfly.com."

They got the items 2 weeks after i placed my order.
It is now 12-17-04 and no refund.
Called a # of times.
Get no help what so ever.
Was told that it takes 30 days for refunds.
It has now been over 2 months.
Big rip off.
I will never shop with them again.

"This store is horrific. I order merchandise from this place expecting to receive it within the 1-3 days as proclaimed by this store and paid for by me, but received the merchandise 10 days later minus one of the components. When I ask for my money back for the shipping and the missing component, they told me that shipping does not mean delivery and it would be too difficult to just give me the money back for the missing component... but after arguing with them for about 30 min on the phone, they agreed to give me my money back for the shipping and missing item. 45 days later i called to ask whats the status of my refund...the guy "Dima", says it takes 30 "working days" to give me the money back that they in essence "stole" from me in 1 day. After he said that i asked well whats the status of the refund...he said that he did not even have me in the system to receive a refund for shipping or a refund of for the missing item. His boss then gets on the phone and tells me that he's not giving me a refund on anything. I don't know what i can do about this besides never buy from them again, and put the word out that they are a bunch of thieves. anyone with any suggestions please reply. thank you."

"I ordered an Athlon 64 from this company. Everything worked out fine, and I was very happy until I opened the box and noticed that the round cables I had asked (and paid) for were nowhere to be seen: they had built with good ol' wide cables.

No big deal, thought I, I'll just phone customer support and have them send the round ones to me.

Well, first thing is their customer support gives a new definition to the word rude... The man barked at me during the whole (short) conversation. Finally, he barked: "I'll sent them today."

Second thing is, that was like a month ago, and I still have nothing. I don't want to call cust support again cause $10 (what they charged me for the round cables) is not enough money to accept getting barked at again.

I'd love to be able to leave a good review because, as I said, everything else was perfect. But then I'd feel responsible for all the poor people who'd have to deal with their rude and lousy cust. support :(

"They did not honor their extened warranty. I purchased a desknote system from Infinity Systems and after 13 months two of the power pins came loose from the motherboard rendering the system useless. This seems to be somewhat common in the ECS i-Buddy series after 12 to 24 months of use (I found several threads with people with the same problem when I googled it...several with Infinity Systems as well). Infinity Systems said they would take care of it when I called it in since I purchased a two year extended warranty. But after 3 weeks they shipped the system back in the same condition and claimed that I damaged it. I filed a complaint with the Akron OH BBB on it. I highly recommend people avoid dealing with this outfit...and NEVER buy ECS equipment. "

"Let me start off by saying I have ordered a huge amount of computers from PCInfinty and had always been satisfied until now, I ordered a barebones kit in December for a customer when we got the machine motherboard was bad so I shipped back UPS 3day which cost 30.00 and they took another few days to ship back but guess what, didnt work again so I shipped it back again in the mean time we had moved and called them 3 different times to change address the last time I sent it (3 times now @ 30.00) they sent to wrong address and UPS being who they are left it on the porch of wrong address (stolen) I contacted PCinfinty about this they finally contacted UPS about this and got a credit to ship to me again, now its the end of May 2004 and guess what NO COMPUTER!!!!!

update: I was told two weeks ago that Alex had shipped out USPS to wrong address again, so being in a small town where the post office knows what has came in or not and NO SIGN OF MY COMPUTER, called Alex back again today, asked him why he lied to me, he couldnt give me a straight answer but promised to send it out first thing in the morning...Yeah, will believe that when I see it...

"Ordered computer on 1/7/04 finally received computer on 4/10/04. took another month to recieve refund of an over payment. They substituted a different video card and did not note that on the invoice. Now they won't replace the video card."

"I ordered a motherboard from this company last night, I then realized it was not what I needed. I then e-mailed the company canceling my order. I also called the company the next morning as soon as they opened and cancelled the order. The sales associate asks why I am canceling and then says thats a $20 dollar fine for canceling the order. Even if it wasn't processed yet it is still $20 dollars. He asked for the invoice number, and then hit the Delete key. That cost me $20 dollars for the associate to hit Delete. I asked why did it cost for him to do that and I got this in response, "everyone gets paid around here". I am not sure what that means, but I hope its not what I think it means. I was going to purchase the correct motherboard and ram I needed from then, but not now. They lost all of my future business, becuase they charged $20 dollars to simply click the Delete key to cancel my order. "

"I just hang up over the phone with the CSR of this company. I placed an order for a computer about 3 weeks ago. I called thema bout ten days ago and they said that orders are shipped from 10-12 days and we are out of your order right now but will definitely ship it as soon as it is in and that will be definitely within 14 days. I said Ok and started waiting for their delivery. Finally I called them again and asked them about me order. they are telling me that my order was cancelled as my credit Card was declined. They can't sell me this story because I know that they are lying because I know that my credit card can never decline my purchase and I have never needed any authorization from my credit card for the payment.

Suppose their story is true then why didn't they send me an email that your order is being cancelled because of this reason. Will never do any business with this company again.

"The true test of a GOOD company is not how they are when things go right but how they handle issues when things don't go right. With these guys when they screw-up, (and it happens very often according to the BBB) they make you feel like it is your fault. Very rude, abrupt, and demeaning on the phone. They NEVER answer e-mails and I bet it's because they don't want anything in writing that can be held against them. This is really a foreign company set up here to rip us off. When their name gets a bad enough reputation they will just change it and start over.

Bought computer parts on-line at 10:30 AM. Paid extra $25. for order to be shipped tomorrow. Site said I would receive shipping info and tracking number when shipped. Had no info 2 days later. Customer support on phone said it should ship today and I would receive shipping info. 6 days after ordering I have no shipping info. Was fooled into spending $25. for expedited shipping when it was not shipped when they promised.

It is now 7 days after placing the order and have not received 1 single piece of info regarding shipping. Treated very rude and abruptly on the phone. No help from anyone at this company. They certainly charged my card though. All I can say is, DON'T, DON'T, DON'T.
I was stupid and didn't check with Better Biz Bureau, they have a horrible rating. DON'T, DON'T, DON'T.

Update: received order 9 days after order . The $25 dollars I spent for 'ship tomorrow' was a rip off, trying to get a refund. Somehow I don't think it will happen. Now the real bad news, the processor I bought from them was used. It still had old heat-sink grease all over it. Customer support said, "It should work, give it a try." I am building this system for a customer and can't bring myself to put in a used processor that I have no idea why it was pulled from any system.
This company is one nightmare after another. I have never been lied to like they do.

More problems update.
It just gets better. As I was putting the system together I was shocked to find out that I had been sent the wrong mother board. Now the BOX was right but the board in it was wrong. It was a lesser board with a slightly different number. ( I ordered a A7N8X-X and was sent a A7V8X-X, not the same by a long shot) How dare these people. This just gets worse and worse. I guess I really got screwed on this one.

Oh-Ya, there is even more. 1 stick of dead memory. I have a strong feeling that they did this because I called right away to complain about the $25. I paid for 'ship tomorrow' and they didn't ship for 6 days.

Update: They would not answer e-mails. Had to call. Customer support says that CPU had thermolube on it because I wanted it tested so they tested it. I did NOT ask for testing and did not pay for testing. ( they did not tell me this on 2 previous conversations) Funny, they have an answer for everything. They would not comment on the wrong motherboard put in the right box. Said ship back memory and they would take care of it. Would not answer if they would credit my account or replace it. Always a mystery with these guys. I am now convinced that the good reviews they get are fake.

You will notice that there is no rebuttal by Infinity Systems Plus. They don't have a leg to stand on and couldn't possibly weasel their way out of how they have been ripping people off. Customer service is abrupt and rude on the phone. They have told me that it will take a month to refund the $25. they stole from me. Funny how quick the money can come out of my card TO them but how slow it will come back. My lawyer says that this means they don't intent to return the money and most people give up fighting them. This $25. is an easy way to get money from people for absolutely nothing. The same goes for the 'free shipping' statement on their web site. Never intent to honor that just stealing. My intuition tells me this company has illegals in this country working for them. FYI

I have never recived the ship next day charge I was ripped off by. Here is just one of many neg reviews posted on Pricewatch. I think Pricewatch is guilty also of covering up for these guys. I had someone submit an entry in the review area using my info.

"I ordered an ATI 9600XT video board but they sent a Sapphire video board. They claim the Sapphire board is made by ATI but ATI says Sapphire is only a partner (ATI chip user). On the Infinity site there was no mention that the board was Sapphire when I ordered but Infinity changed the web page after I complained (I have a printout before they made the change). They won't pay shipping to return the board. This is false advertising and then lying about it!"
