"I just bought an asus A7n8x deluxe motherboard combo with an anthlon xp 2800 processor from this company on tuesday the 2nd. I got an email right away confirming my order. The email read "You will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment of your order with a UPS tracking number (unless shipped via the U.S. Postal Service) when your order ships. It will arive within 1 - 3 business days"...well I never got a tracking number and its now monday night and Ive got no package. I also wrote them an email saturday morning explaining that I need this part to meet a deadline, and I havent gotten a reply yet. All the above are correct, now let me tell you how they treat you. Basically, once you pay for an item, if you have a problem with it, they are no help. They sent you an email saying, just call in and we will help you, but when you do, they are rude and give you a run around. I had used them a few times and was planning on using them for all my company needs, but with the customer service they provided, there is no way."

"On 11/15/03, 1 day after receiving my order I sent an email advising of a problem. Since then I have sent 3 additional follow-up emails to ****@****. On 2 of the 4 emails I sent I received an automated response that I would be contacted as soon as you could. To date, 12/1/2003, I have not received any contact from your company providing any assistance in resolving my problem. I refuse to wait any longer. Please provide an RMA number. I ordered PC Chips M851LU with 512 mem chip and AMD Athlon 2600 CPU. Upon receipt I found that I could not get power to the MB. Upon further inspection I found that the Clear CMOS jumper was in the short CMOS mode not the normal mode. Once I changed this jumper I then had power to the PC. I then found that the CPU fan was not running. I took the power connector and moved it from CPU_Fan1 connector to the SYS_FAN1 connector and the CPU fan worked. Continued to attempt to get system to boot and there in no video. There are no audible beeps that would indicate any other problems.
I paid to have the board, chip, and memory tested as a unit so that when I got it I could just put it in existing operating system without any problems. Does the problems reported above indicate that it was tested?
Company does not follow up on requests for help. My son had a similar problem 6 months ago. Still waiting on a phone call about a hard drive problem. Also, he was cheated out of a return on a motherboard. Proved problem was with motherboard. Asked for replacement board and was told to return it, with no mention of an RMA. Was refused credit after many phone calls. Another son, ordered complete system with 512 mem chip. They substituted 2 256k chips. Refused to send replacement chip without long wait. Orders placed with this company are at your risk.

"I order a motherboard kit (Gigabyte MB and AMD CPU) from them awhile ago. They were helpful when I had some questions about the MB, they were kind to me even though I was using a money order to pay with and not a credit card (most places don't aprreciate that very much), and I received the item rather quickly and undamaged. I would definitely look to them for my future purchases. Only downside is that they don't seem to carry a very wide variety of products, although they did have what I was looking for. "
