"My husband and I bought tungsten carbide wedding rings from your company 6 years ago. We chose tungsten carbide specifically because it is one of the hardest metals on earth and is supposed to be unscratchable.
Now after 6 years of owning them, my ring looks like it's been through a couple of nature disasters. It used to be so polished I could see my reflection in it, now it is so tarnished that it looks like something from the middle ages. I don't do any activity that can explain this appearance.
That is definitely not what I expected when we bought those rings, and that is not how a wedding band should look like. My husband's is almost as bad looking as mine. Cleaning it doesn't help at all.
I tried to contact the customer service and got no answer. I advise you all to stay away from Infinitytungsten!"

I bought my husbands wedding band from this company 4 years ago. The ring is now badly scratched, so bad that it looks terrible. The ring originally had shiny and matte surfaces but they all look the same now. Despite attempts to contact customer service and express my concerns they have not been helpful. Instead they said that they do not claim their rings are scratch resistant not scratch proof. This directly goes against what they say on their web site. They state flat out "our rings will not scratch". Wish I would have bought a ring from a local reputable store. "

"The site was easy to use and the ring style we picked was beautiful. The most frustrating part of this experience has been figuring out the correct ring size. I did not like how I had to dish out an additional amount so soon to when I ordered because the ring did not fit, even though we followed their guidelines. We had to size down a lot more than just 1 size, which we thought was strange. It would have been good customer service if it was free for just the first exchange within say 30 days of purchase, since you have to pay for shipping and insurance anyway. "
