"I purchased a drone, which came with a broken camera, When i contacted for replacement 3 days in a row, they asked me to ship that back for repair. After mailing back, I sent several emails asking them for a brand new one instead of returning me the repaired one, they still sent me the old one but this time without a battery. after 2 weeks of that of complaining, the battery arrived, Since it wasn't brand new, I wanted to return it. Tehy are saying you are your own to return that.
