"Ordered Ink. Ink arrived. Stored until needed. Replaced empty cartrige with new Ink Blvd cartridge. New cartridge did not work. Contacted Ink Blvd who stated that my order was over 30 days old so no refund or replacement would be issued. Web Site States 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on Storefront Page, the 30 day thing is hidden under disclaimers. BUYER BEWARE!!!!"
"Purchased Xerox DocuPrint P8 compatible cartridge in September and opened it in May 2005, the cartridge was a mess - ink went everywhere, print quality was unacceptable. Calling the toll free line took two tries and many rings, but I did get through to a person on the second call. But it was six months after the purchase so I could not request a replacement (I was not asking for a refund). Manufacturer warranty on the item was not expired. I am contacting the manufacturer to at least try to find a place to send the defective cartridge to recycle it."
"after placing an order on their website I found they used poor quality ink to refill their supposedly OEM tanks for HP printers. I called their line to cancel my had the phone ring 30 times before being disconnected by my phone system for inactivity. I then looked up their number in the phone book and when I called it I reached a residence I asked them if they had ever her of INKBLVD and was told no this is a house not a business. I then called the toll free number again and was put into an answering where I left a detailed mesage of who I was and why I was calling. I called again a few hours later and actually got a human on the phone strangely it sounded exactly like the woman who answered the residential phone earlier that day. I gave her my name and address and she said ok she found the order and was cancelling it. Now the worst part. 12/7/04 someone from their company called me and said hi mike I need your last name to find your order so we can cancel it I've called everyday since then and still haven't gotten a human."
