I am an unhappy customer. They were great at the beginning when I placed my on-line order - 8/22/2008, they communicated with me through e-mail, my purchase was delayed, when shipped; 9/1/2008. received; 9/4/2008;I then sent them an e-mail about how to return part of my order; 9/13/2008, they responded quickly; 9/14/2008 then the communication stopped. To this day, 11/28/2008, I have not received any communication about when I will receive my refund. I e-mailed once, directly, then on their website form and called several times and EVERY time I called, I couldn't leave a message because it said their mailbox was full and it doesn't let you wait on hold for a customer service representative. I guess the next step is to SUE them.

"I ACTUALLY ASKED FOR THIS COMPANY TO BE PUT ONTO RESELLERRATINGS.COM BECAUSE I HAVE USED THEM TWICE NOW AND FOUND BOTH EXPERIENCES TO BE QUITE GOOD, AND GOOD CO.'S ON THE "NET" SHOULD BE ENCOURAGED.
