"I think they need to remind buyers that the cartridge fits inside of another cartridge because this can be confusing. I thought that the product was too small to fit in the printer at first. This is my only complaint, that they need to add instructions. Otherwise this seller and product are great!"

Began printing only to have huge ink marks all up and down the edges of the papers. Small black ink lines visible across the entire papers printed. Very slopped unprofessional looking when we are trying to print invoices and work papers. Will buy original new toner cartridges from now on. "
