"I purchased 2 cartridges (to replace HP20 ink which is no longer being made) which were delivered to me quickly, and neither of them worked. The machine would not recognize the new ink cartridge. I sent email to the company and they responded the next day suggesting I try unplugging the fax machine and then back in again and try the cartridge. Well, this time one did not register but the other did...but when it printed, the copy came out faint and fuzzy. I reported back to the company and they apologized and said they would refund my purchase price (didn't have to return the cartridges). So, the company "did good by me"....but don't know if their cartridges are always this "iffy" or not; I've never dealt with this company before. So, three stars: the product wasn't very good, but the customer service was fine."
