"I ordered 2 ink cartridges for my Canon MP210 printer a CL30 (B&W) and a CL31 (color). They sent a CL41 (color) instead of the CL31
so I checked what I ordered and I ordered right. I called InkPlus before opening so I could send it back but the lady said the CL41 will
work it just holds more ink. That made sense so I tried it. Wrong the printer did not recognize the CL41 cartridge so I was right. After
that BS I got cheated out of a ink that I needed and stuck with one I don't. Tell me that ain't BS figured no use calling back would
probably get the same lady that had me open the wrong one that you guys sent on purpose. Thought I was saving a little ordering
from InkPlus but end up costing me more. What a rip off. Good I have 2 printers hooked up to my computer. I also have a HP
printer which I used to print stuff for the center senior in town. Can you send me the CL31 I ordered or give me the refund for it.
I will return your opened CL41 but never used if you want it but I'm sure it would have to be repackaged. Probably not worth sending
