"This is my first order I am placing with your company.
I spoke to a very nice representative on the eve of the Fourth of July. They told me that although I just missed the shipment going out that day, my order would be shipped on the 5th of July and would arrive on July 10th(Monday) or July 11th, which is a Tuesday.
I then received an email informing me that the toner that I ordered will arrive Friday, almost two weeks after I have ordered it and 4 days after I was told that I would receive it.
Had I known that it would take this long to receive the toner I could have bought it from a different online retailer.
As a result I am without any toner for our camp director does not want to buy another one...
