"I ordered two toner cartridges for my HP color laser printer. One was a magenta cartridge, the other was a cyan. When the cartridges arrived, the magenta cartridge worked fine in my printer, but the cyan one produced an error code and would not work. Disappointed, I contacted InkPlusToner customer service via email and requested either a refund or the ability to return the faulty cartridge for a replacement.
To my surprise and delight, the customer support just told me they would immediately send me a replacement cartridge for no charge, and I didn't need to bother to return the faulty cartridge, just to recycle it.
A few days later, the replacement cyan cartridge arrived and works great. Thank you InkPlusToner.com - I will definitely order from you guys again!

"My experience was fine but the cartridges were not. As was the case 8-10 years ago (You still had my old AR address in your files. We moved from there 8 years ago), the printer said that "The cartridge (s) is not recognized". I now recall that this is the same story back then. I had been using reconditioned cartridges from another supplier & they were working OK---until recently. Now they don't work either. So now I have 10 cartridges, yours & theirs, that are worthless.
When I ordered the cartridges from you, the rep said that if the cartridges did not work that I could either have them replaced or that I could get a refund. A refund of $19.70 is the only logical course of action. Order # 429275
