"Do not buy anything from this site. Waited two weeks , nothing arrived. Filed PayPal complaint. Does not answer emails. Does not answer toll free phone. Will offer you a gift card on live chat for item order that was "lost" by USPS . Claimed to re-ship item and USPS has no record of it .Will not respond to you after second live chat support."

"Shopper's nightmare. I ordered a Continuous Ink System for my Brother MFC-885CW. First, order didn't show for 2 weeks. When it came, it had no instructions. Their website wasn't working so I couldn't download them. (turns out they didn't have these instructions posted on their site anyway). They emailed instructions. Then I found their cartridges are not the exact size of OEM cartridges, so you have to push EXTREMELY hard to get it to fit. Did I mention the ink supply tube leak that got ink all over the printer inside? Then air bubbles in the cartridges prevented cartridges from being sensed by printer. So they had to send me a syringe to get the air out. This requires getting ink on your hands as you remove and reinsert the cartridge plugs. Air out, printer still had difficult time registering cartridges. Ink one moment is sensed as full, next moment it is empty. Wasted hours ofmy life trying to troubleshoot. Never got it working. Am going to ask for refund. Wish me luck. Poor Chinese quality here. And I've been without a working printer for 2 weeks."

"On 04/16/2008 I placed an order for a Combo Ink Cartridge Refill Kit with inkreoaded; I still haven't received anything except BS. A couple weeks ago I received an excuse laden email from Nick, with his guarantee that I would not only receive my order by April 25th, but would also receive some "valuable" coupons for my trouble. I'm still waiting, but I'm not holding my breath.

I had to go out today and purchase some new replacement cartridges that ended up costing me double what it would have cost from a reputable internet company.

I usually check out the ratings of internet companies prior to placing my order, but I really dropped the ball this time. After reviewing other responses on this sight and going through this unpleasant experience, my recommendation to anybody even thinking of bying for this company; "DON'T DO IT!" "YOU'LL REGRET IT!"

"Update:

Along with what the above viewer said, I could not find this company associated with any of the organizations listed on the page and I checked them ALL. This does bother me because it was one of the main reasons I purchased from them.

Also the Buysafe logo is invalid on ebay listings and Squaretrade brings up a bad page.

I do have to say, that maybe it took this post and several other complaints, but I did get my money back today after posting on their website several times which was getting deleted each time I posted... so I kept pasting till someone attempted a live chat with me through the site) I was posting information to warn others. This time they were very professional and did give me back my money immediately. They also said they would send me a free ink kit which I will gladly review with a praise report if warranted.

I guess, they were in a move which was quite a transition but they made some bad choices.

I believe that 85% at least of a company's damage control is in communication. To wait nearly 3 months for a product without reply or a way to contact a company is upsetting and leaves customers to make their own assumptions. To add insult to injury, getting several false dates as to when the product will arrive and failing to deliver just escalates the problem. Further, offering a 30% coupon off a future purchase, in my opinion, is quite insulting and has nothing to do with the initial purchase. Why would I buy again and use that coupon if my first experience was so bad? Once the good faith, being gracious and understanding runs out, a buyer will draw his or her own conclusions and understandably so!

They have asked me to post about them again since refunding my money and offering to send a kit. To be fair, I will say, they did make things right again. If you plan on buying from these guys in the future, I'd wait till they get a little more settled and sorted out and recover from this move. If eco friendly products are important to you, I'd do a little research on that first.

Refunding my money and offering a free kit was a great gesture and does restore some of my faith in them.

Maybe MAYBE I'd purchase again from them, but I have just started to cool off from this experience. If I get the kit they promised I might in the future if they improve their track record.

Nick the owner of this store does not return phone calls or reply to emails after telling 4 initial untruths as to when my item would be received. I spent a lot in his 'store' on February 17. It is now May 2 and I have not gotten anything. He will not answer me. It's too late to file a claim with Paypal. Check out his ebay feedback as well.
