"I was a customer of Inkrepublic (inkrepublic.com) for several years with 4 different printers I have owned, and was fairly happy with their equipment and service. Earlier in 2018 they stopped responding to emails sent from their "contact" page, the same email address I'd used earlier to reach them. Their web site is still up but there is no way to reach this company (no phone or address is listed). They haven't replied to a simple product question I had for them, after several attempts (and checking my spam folder). I need a spare part or would like to buy a new one but no reply. I would avoid ordering anything from them as you will not be able to reach them in case of any issues. They were a good company at one time, now apparently defunct or at least non-responsive."

They had a 15% rebate that would take effect once you submitted 3 photos of your installation. I sent the 3 photos via email and got my 15% credited to my credit card in about 2 hours with kind mail. Also, during the installation I broke off the tip of one og the ink bottles. They are sending a couple of caps free of charge. The quality of the product is as described."
