8/7 UPDATE: I finally received a reply from Customer Service, will send replacements. Point remains that it is inconvenient to have to write and get defective cartridges replaced; over the past year or so InkSmile has shipped about 5% of their cartridges to me defective."

after about 20 sheet the black cartridge was empty and it was the extra large cartridge. the second black one the printer said incompatable. I tried emailing Inksmile and

Yes I smiled when I saw the price and purchased.....but then I frowned and am disappointed when I received the merchandise...
The first one I put in the printer did not work, no matter what they said to bypass and press... The second one went in just fine and I got the green light to go, and I did...The said I would get 200 pages of printing from the cartridge, well I only got 74 !!!!!... Now as you can imagine I am p****sed off!.......
And it gets worse, they ask you to contact them before you leave a negative feedback......okay did that.....so far I have heard nothing......now I am smokin' ...................

"Be careful when buying direct when using their coupons. I called and was instructed to place an order and they would apply the 15% discount as a refund. Turns out even though I was promised 15% discount, Ruby the woman who works there applied only a 10% Discount. She apologizes, but it doesn't reflect what was promised or posted. Stay away from those who make you pay for their mistakes. When I asked for the owner, was told he never comes in or talks with customers. NOT GOOD!"
