"It took over a week to receive my ink. Another week later when I needed to replace my cartridge, I noticed they had sent the wrong ink to me. I called and left many messages. I emailed and received no reply. After much frustration, I found this information.

I received a call from David Goldman, the domain registrar. I don't think he knew who he was calling or why. He informed me that he was just a minor shareholder and was very unhelpful. He told me he was sending an email to George Cole (****@****) and I asked him to CC me on this email. No email ever arrived. A complete liar. If you are having problems, call him. "looking for cleaner cartridges for my Epson, I stumbled upon these people. I ordered the goods
on Sept 10th.. acording to their website the package was shipped Sept 20th. Now it is October 14th and I have received nothing. Emails sent have been left unanswered. It just so happens that on the same evening I purchased some digital camera accessories from an outfit in Hong Kong. I received those items about two weeks ago!! I just wish that I had taken a moment to check these guys out here first!! Hopefully this was not a mistake, but looking at other's experiences.. I think it probably was! I will add to this should I get further info or my items. Meanwhile, I have to recommend that you go elsewhere for your needs.

"I ordered Epson compatible cartridges and they just do not work. Left several messages on voice mail (super lousy customer service) and finally after 3 or more emails and 3 or more left messages, I did get an email from GEORGE COLE who said if the cartridges do not work he would send me instructions as to how to return them. I sent him an email two days ago asking what the procedure was (do I need a return number, etc?) and no response as yet. I may just sell them to someone who can use them. I have a feeling if I send them back I will never get credited. The old adage is true, "You get what you pay for". I bought true Epson cartridges and they work great! I'm out $50 but will never buy from Inkdaddy.com again. Buyer Beware."

"Cartridges did not work with my printer. Sent back on May 4, 2007. The owner of the business refusses to sign for nor acknowledge my package is attempting to be delivered or that he has received 2 notices to pick it up at the post office. I have sent him 5 emails and he will not respond back. DO NOT ORDER FROM HIM OR INKDADDY, HE IS A FRAUD AND TAKES YOUR MONEY EVEN WHEN HE PROMISES TO REFUND IT IF YOU RETURN IT WITHIN THE 15 DAY RETURN TIME ON HIS WEB PAGE."

"I ordered a cleaning cartridge for an Epson printer in March. They said that they know longer carried the part & would have to order it from China and that it would take a little longer. Calls & e-mails are NOT returned. It is now September and I still haven't received anything and probably won't. Luckily it was only $6.99, but my credit card was still charged. Now, all of a sudden, their website is "down". Don't order from these guys. Inkdaddy is more like pimpdaddy. "

"Ink finally arrived on March 16, after being ordered and charged to my card on February 22. The package is postmarked March 14. Worse, there was no response at all to any of my emails or phone messages. The telephone number is simply a voice mail, not customer service. The quality of the product is as yet unknown. Based on nonexistent customer service and their practice of charging before product is shipped, do not order from inkdaddy.com!"

"I'm dissatisfied with these people. They sent me a YELLOW ink cartridge with little or no BLACK ink in it!!! It jacked up my printer. Right now I'm printing out a test sheet and all the colors are dim. I thought I would be getting replacements for Durabrite INK but it's some strange off color ink!!! Go somewhere else!"
