Then said the mug couldn't be returned because I washed it. I've bought several things from this shop last year and this year. Never again. They even had the audacity to remove my poor rating on the mug after one day. I tried to warn others that the letter was nothing more than stickers, but it was removed. Will never buy anything from them again."
