"Had a defective cartridge. Emailed them and they said that they would either send a new one or give me info to return it. I chose to have the defective one replaced, but after 3 emails, they will not respond anymore. Worst customer service ever. Will never buy from them again and I encourage others to avoid them."
"I have used inkfarm products for a number of years. However this time they just couldn't get the order correct. When I first received the order, the small black photo [Epson XP7100] did not work. I let them know and they said to try the second black cartridge that was in the order. There was no second small black cartridge only two large black cartridges. They said they would send a replacement. They did and it was two additional large black cartridges. I told them and they sent one small black cartridge which did not work. I told them and yesterday received a call that they would send me a return authorization. Well I ordered two small black cartridges from Amazon and will NOT use Inkfarm again. I don't have time, as a graphic designer, to go through all this to get replacements for my printer. I recommend going elsewhere for your replacements."
"I ordered an HP62 XL color cartridge. It wouldn't work. They promised to send labels to return for refund. Labels never came after several notes from me. I never received my refund. They're a bunch of crooks. "
"I have a HP Desk Jet 2548. Called INkfarm when the cartridges don't work the girl says yeah , they're not compatible with your printer. So if they already know this why are they advertising that they are? She sent me a shipping label to return them for a refund. After I verified they received them , it took 8 days and 2 phone calls to get my money back. Second call after 8 days girls says they're really backed up with refunds which I believe to be true and issued it right away. I read over 100 negative reviews on this Co. on another website most had the same complaint as me and more problems with the refund than I did. I watched a video (after the fact) of theirs. "Here's how to install the cartridges on the HP Desk Jet 2548 printer. It's on a different printer entirely with a different procedure and style altogether. For the trouble these people are it's not worth it to save a few bucks."

"The good: is the customer service, if I could it would be 5 stars. My call duration was 3min. and 42sec. I am pretty sure most of us have waited at traffic lights longer than that.
The bad: I will not use thier ink again in this printer, hate missing out on good customer service.
The ugly: the ink shiped to me was bad or old or something, it almost killed my printer.
The best part: I didn't have to argue, fight, or bicker. The man on the other line was extremely professional and empathetic. I will use this service again, when I get a different printer. Until then keep up the customer service, it was very refreshing. And I have spent longer writing this review than it took the gentleman to email my return label. Either they don't have a lot of complaints or they have lots of experience, guess I'll find out when I get a new printer."
"I should have checked the reviews before I bought from this company. I had the exact same experience with a cartridge I as others on this site. I bought a black cartridge for my HP Officejet 6500a. It arrived very messy as if it was over filled. I cleaned it up and installed it. After a couple of weeks, the printer stopped working. The cartridge had leaked into the printer and clogged up everything from printhead, to the other electrical connections. I removed everything and cleaned it up, but the damage was done. I now have to buy a new printer. This is what I got for buying cheap cartridges. Never again will I waste my money on this junk."
"Ordered refills for my Canon printer and was under the impression that I was getting an original Canon cartidge. A week later I got my order and they were NOT Canon cartridges. I decided to try them and the instructions said to peel off yellow tab and then the orange plastic tab. There was no yellow tab and when I removed the larger orange cover, the ink leaked all over my hands,both out of the circular part and the side of all of the cartridges. For what I paid for these I will go with the originals and forget the refills."
"I bought 1 color and 2 black cartridges for my Kodak ESP C315. The price of the cartridges was incredible!! However, it was the biggest mistake I made. First, the color cartridge worked immediately. However, I noticed that after a couple of days, I had to run the maintenance program to clean the print head. With the Kodak cartridges, I NEVER had to do this. Now, it became a daily thing. Next, the black cartridge -- it worked for a day and quit. So, I thought I would try the last black cartridge I had. When I took off the orange cap, ink squirted all over my floor! I cleaned up the cartridge and installed it. Still, nothing! My printer is ruined and I had to buy another printer. Customer service was apologetic and refunded the purchase of the cartridges. But, this doesn't pay for the new printer OR the ink on my floor. I'm leaving the stain as a reminder: buy brand name cartridges. Stop being a cheapskate. And, never, never, never deal with this or ANY generic company."

"This is the first time I ever ordered from Inkfarm. When I installed the cartridges, the black did not work. I called them and they were beyond courteous and was willing to send me a postage paid label to return the bad and exchange for good ones. HOWEVER, I found out it was NOT the cartridge problem at all, it was my brand new printer that had a bad cartridge head!! After fixing that, the cartridges worked like a charm. I definitely will reorder again. A company that stands by their product with great customer service!"
"I am still awaiting a black in cartridge that I ordered about a month ago. there have been two email exchanges and I still have no cartridge or tracking number or money back or anything. And how do you acknowledge that you have just received an email 2 days after I sent it...and then I have to wait another day for any sort of response. I just needed the ink in hand, but now I've had to go to expensive Staples because the first order got "lost" in shipping and still no second one has appeared - why not have a tracking number? When I asked for it, I was ignored and it wasn't even addressed. I'm just tired of it, if I order it, I expect it to be here, period. I am almost afraid to get it now though, given the reviews about ruining printers and such. Lesson learned to order from a company I've had experience with from now on."

"Ordered first cartridge from Inkfarm on Thursday Sept. 17. Received in mail Tuesday Sept 22. Everything seems great. Fantastic price! But, be careful as cartridge ink cover is a bit messy. Worth it for the savings and speed of shipping. BTW- it says shipped from Washington state- I live in South Florida- great speed!"
