"With any product, new or used or remanufactured, there is a chnace of getting something defective (even Rolls Royce isn't perfect). One of the advantages of buying remanufactured is lower cost then OEM. But you might get a bad lot, and then it's a matter of customer service. My luck, I got three bad cartridges. I emailed Inkfarm, received an immediate response and they sent replacements together with a prepaid mailer so I could send back the rejects. You can't ask for anything better.
