"I ordered a customized pillowcase for only $4.99 and after shipping and tax it was $9.98. So very reasonable price and the shipping was awesome! I ordered it on 7-28-15 and it was delivered on 8-3-15. This was my first time ordering from Ink Garden and I will definitely order from there again! The quality was great! Blew my expectations! And I emailed customer service to ask a few questions (because it was my first time using in garden) and they responded the next day! I have nothing bad to say about ink garden! The only thing was I could not track it because UPS didn't update the tracking info. but that was not a big deal once it arrived!"

By far, the worst experience dealing with a Promo company I've ever had! This company is unorganized, unprofessional & the product they sent to my company was completely Unacceptable! Once I contacted them explaining the issue, they gave me the runaround and sent me to department to department to voice mail to incompetent supervisors. Find a different company now!! You'll be happy you avoided them! If I could give 0 Stars, I would! (They actually deserve Negative Stars) STAY AWAY FROM INKGARDEN!!!"

"I ordered a light weight custom blanket, received it quickly, graphics are nice but the thing feels like a banner not a blanket! The material is so crappy, stiff and thin, I call it fraud referring it to as a "blanket". I'm going to call on Monday because I got it on a weekend and of course no customer service on the weekends!"
