"I am a repeat customer but am no longer happy with this company. I am writing this Nov 8, 2006. As you can see, it is a 3+ months since the order date and I have still not received the order. I contacted Imagnan in September by phone and was told of personell problems and promised a prompt reprocessing of the order. This did not happen. They no longer answer their phone in person. They do not reply to emails. I had ordered previously from this company and am very pleased with the bulk ink I purchased. I returned to them because ink I bought from another supplier did not work as well. However, I am not happy with the current unfilled order and will not order again."
"The absolute WORST company that I have EVER ordered anything from. They took 3 weeks to even process my order, NEVER sent me an invoice, a shipped date or responded to my emails or phone calls. Did not know they were a Canadian company, was charged an outrageous price for the actual cartridge. "Vague Instructions.But after following them to the letter I was still unable to make the product work for me. Absolutely deplorabale refund policy! After patiently trying to contact I Magnan for months following returning the items as per their requirements, I still have not recieved the refund nor any response from the company. "Ordered from one of Imagnan's ink cartridge websites.
Ordered one ink cartridge for my HP officejet V40. I figured order one and see how it goes, then order more.
As mentioned you get no email from them really.
I received the cartridge and found the circuit film had been ripped by them. So I called. Very strange, I was told that a woman was out - they took my name and address and said they would have a replacement shipped and sent return stickers for UPS to ship the bad one back.
After about a week I hadn't heard or seen anything so I emailed. About two days later I was informed they had shipped the replacement and it should be enroute.
I got it about three days later. It too had it's circuit film ripped!!
I have emailed them telling them I just want a refund. I will just go to my local store and by a cartridge for the extra $10. I have already blown a color cartridge waiting for my black cartridge.
They seem to be well meaning but they either:
1) Have no idea what they are doing (dont understand how a cartridge works)
2) Are very careless about what they refill and ship
3) Figure that most people will just give up the $20 and buy a new one
4) One or all the above?
I predict that if they dont change they will soon be rated right along with Tufshop.com (http://www.resellerratings.com/seller1924.html).
