Inkleaf's representative was polite and helpful and did exactly what he said he would when he said he would: read on.
Inkleaf sent me what stock they could right away and ordered the remainder of the quantity I needed to be sent directly from the publisher, as soon as the latter was open for business the next day.
What's more, I had a limited budget and could only pay for up to a certain rate for shipping. Nonetheless, Inkleaf ensured that all of the books arrived to me on time (some even ahead of time).

"While their order confirmation emails were sent out promptly, they didn't look very professional or contain much info. The order was delayed for two weeks so it took over a month for the package to arrive (I went with the cheapest shipping). When I finally did recieve the package, I found they had shipped the wrong product and on cassette tape media. I'm quite sure it was the CD media I clicked on so I have to assume that they either had the products mixed up on the site or are just trying to dump old stock that nobody wants anymore. While I was able to return the item and eventually get a refund, their customer service contact info gave me the runaround at first. I would rate my experience as terrible and not recommend this online store to anyone. "
