"I ordered a pair of skates, and ordered them a size larger than my shoe size according to recommendations from the site. I wear a size 13, but have a wide foot. When the skates arrived, in a very timely fashion I must add, they were too tight. I did try them out for a couple hours to be certain, because I hate trying to fuss with returns. I sent the skates back for exchange, fully expecting some sort of extra processing charge or headache. After only two days, I received an email confirming the receipt of the return and informing me that it was in the review process. Here we go… 45 minutes later I received a second email with tracking number and the new skates on the way! These guys are freaking awesome!! I have no problem at all singing praises about my experiences. More companies need to do business like the inline warehouse!"
"I was excited to find the skates I wanted at a very good price so I put them in my cart right away. I was even more excited to see that shipping would be so quick. Turns out I was a little over-excited because about two hours after I ordered my skates I received an email saying that they were on back order and the shipping would not be as quick as initially stated.
So it took 7 days rather than 2 days to get my skates. Really not a big deal to get such a good deal and good customer service when I called.

It unclear as to most of these posts for this reason. They must be confusing retailers.
IW also has guaranteed pricing to beat or match, so that not an issue.
One would have to abuse the program to not receive a prepaid return label with their order
(or live outside the contiguous 48 states)

The skates I ordered were the wrong size so I needed to get the next size up but unfortunately the seller does not do exchanges therefore one must purchase another pair, then ship back their original item at one's own cost and paying to ship mens skates from N.Y. to C.A. isn't cheap. Also the customer service on the phone was lack luster and unhelpful. I saw the same skates I wanted on Amazon for the same price, honestly I should have just gotten them from there. Lesson learned. If you can get the same thing somewhere else do yourself a favor and do it."
"Thought I had a good experience with this company. Bought a pair of Rollerblade Metroblades. During the purchase I repeatedly asked about the sizing and the salesman kept reassuring me that whatever fits my feet (9.5) would fit me well. I typically wear 9-9.5 depending on the brand. I tried them on for the first time today (the weather's been too hot out here) expecting them to fit to find out immediately that they hurt my feet. I stood up in them because I had been told that you have to work in rollerblades by the salesman. My right foot started to throb. There isn't a ding on them but the wheels had some coloration on them from the blacktop. They said once they were used they wouldn't exchange. In other words, I'm stuck with $220 that I won't ever use. I even told them there isn't a single scratch on the actual roller blades and if we exchanged I would take the wheels off and change them out but they are refusing. Horrible experience. Wouldn't ever purchase from them again. How am I supposed to know if rollerblades are comfortable without trying them on? That's like a car company saying there's sllight wear on the tires during the test drive - you have to buy it now. -_- "
"Do not buy here. I bought a size 5 skates and it was not fit for my boy, though his normal shoe size 5. I called the same day I received the shipment and asked them to replace the shoe for size 6.They refused to replace or refund and told me to go buy same thing in the another store. About 400$ went in trash. Not only this, 13 days after I placed the order they called me and said one of the items in the order is not in stock. So it took more than a week for them to even to notice that they sold something which they do not have in stock or not going to get it. Never seen a online customer service rep telling to go buy the same item in another store while you just got what they sold to you."
"I recently purchased a pair of skates from this company and they were worn for 10-15 minutes INSIDE the house and I decided they are too small. I attempted to exchange for a different size. The company will not allow an exchange nor will they refund me the full amount because they are "too damaged". There is hardly any visible wear since they were worn indoors. I am now stuck with skates I cannot wear or use. BUYERS BEWARE! NOT HELPFUL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE UNAPOLOGETIC."

I had to return my skates to get a larger size and it was completely painless. To top it off, they were even will to help expedite the turn around and get me the replacement skates back in time so I could skate with my my friends.

"Ive been ordering parts from Inline Warehouse for quite a few years. I have read a lot of the other feed back and have never experienced any of those issues. It makes me wonder if it was different departments. Recreational, Hockey, Ice or Speed. I added them to my likes on FB a while back. I have given them a hard time on several occasions about a specific item I will need to buy soon and etc, and they offer some great deals on their site and via FB. I have never had any issues with their service. Take that back... I saw a post for some great deals on wheels on Facebook, I called to order before the order dept had received the new price information. I was put on hold for a few seconds while they confirmed the "today only price" they promptly took my order. No issues .. no problems."

"I just purchased two pairs of skates for me and the wife and have been treated very well so far. They communicate well have been nice on the phone.
The order arrived quickly as promised but unfortunately my skates were tight in the toes. I called IW and they arranged to return the first pair and send out a new one right away. The amount was not enough to qualify for free two day shipping so he had me become a "member" by buying a ten dollar T shirt. Not only did I get the free two day shipping I got 10% off the skates which covered the T shirt cost and saved me an additional $10 bucks!

"I read some negative reviews here, but I had great experience with inlinewarehouse.com. I place my order on Sunday, and it was here in Atlanta, GA on Friday of the same week. Unfortunately, my new skates were a little bit too small, so I had to send them back. My replacement pair came in no time, and they fit perfectly. The price was great, and it was very easy to communicate with customer service of inlinewarehouse.com about the exchange. I think that problems that people wrote here about happened because of the fault of those people, not because company representatives just follow their policies about returns. I ordered 5 pairs of sneakers from inline warehouse to be shipped to France,they charged me $88 extra i had no problem with that.the problem was they never send them everyday they give a new lie,one time they said the FedEx guy couldn't get in the building,my family lives in a private house.i called FedEx in France they said they never received anything from inline warehouse. and this was the 11th days something that was supposed to be between 3-5 days.i filed a complaint with better business bureau and cancelled the order and called my credit card company.i urge everybody to call or write better bureau business on these guys.they need to be out of business.it's the most crooked company in America.BEWARE OF IN LINE WAREHOUSE THEY ARE FRAUD."
