"InnerAuto had the same part listed for 2 prices. I found the site through the page with the lower price. I processed my order and paid. My payment was accepted and the invoice # was issued. A week later, they send me an email saying the part is now out of stock. Checking their website again, they show the part as "In Stock and Ready to Ship", but for the higher price. I call them to see why they won't honor my completed transaction. They hung up on me during the first call. The second call they said none of their systems have been correct. Basically, they agreed to the sale, they took my money, they realized they should get more, and then back out of the deal. JUST A BUNCH OF CROOKS. Do not trust them. There are plenty of other merchants out there with close enough prices to not have to take a chance with these liars."

"Excellent experience!! Ordered a bumper and an install kit, got an excellent price and free shipping on everything. I ordered @ 5pm on Wednesday and had the bumper kit by 8:30am on Thursday!! Unbeleivable...and that's with free shipping. I got the bumper the next day on Friday. I am very pleased and would do business with them again."
