"I've been waiting for my order for weeks. 3 days after the order I received an email saying it shipped and gave me a tracking number. Since then there have been no updates to the tracking and no packages at my door. Tried calling many times and only receive a prerecorded message. Tried emailing several times with no response whatsoever. I cannot believe that a company would have so little regard for customer service. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. If they make this right I will update this review. Right now I'm just weighing my options for getting my money back.
UPDATE: Finally received the product after filing a dispute with my credit card company. When I opened the box they had sent the wrong mounting hardware!!! Tried calling again to no avail. I honestly do not understand how this company is still in business. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I haven't even been contacted about this review. They should want to fix this situation and have me give them a better rating, but they don't seem to care at all about whether the customer is happy or not! This has been the most frustrating purchase of my life... please do not buy from them!!! This type of disregard for the customer should not be allowed from any retailer."
