False tracking information all around. Some time later they "cleared customs" then went ghost. Suddenly they "arrived" in Kentucky. ( I live in Georgia) where for 13 days they sat. For some reason they then end up in New Jersey. I email them constantly as 011+ Bulgaria phone number doesn't work. I am told the rings are finally in GA. However according to the convenient app, as of July 6 they are pre-ship to GA. They won't cancel my order nor refund money since the package has passed through so many hands, no one will own up to where they are. I will do my homework before ordering anything online again. Bet I will never ever order from this joke of a company again."

A pile of 5 inch string and leather strips. The offer from the company was to return the items, at my expense, to Bulgaria, and once confirmed received they would issue a refund. Proceed in business of any value with this company with that knowledge. They do business here in the USA but require you deal with Bulgaria if things are wrong or defective, and you will be shipping things to Bulgaria at your expense, awaiting a resolution. "

However, once the item was finally picked and shipped it arrived within 24 hours. Clearly shipping was not the issue. Company agreed to full refund, saying they could not control 3rd party selling.
