"I am completely dissatisfied and disgusted with this website. Customer service was not helpful and uncooperative.
They changed by overnight delivery to a 2 day delivery ( which I don't know why,) but was reassured that I would receive it on time. (These larvae were being included in a Girl Scout Gold Award Project.)
However, when I called to find out where they were in shipping, I was told that I had requested the 2 day delivery and then didn't receive them until after I needed them. I tried to speak to a manager, but was referred to someone's voicemail, of which I never received a reply. When I called back, the customer service rep hung up on me. When I called again I was put on hold, to be disconnected. Needless to say I would never order from this company again. Also, out of the 3 cups I ordered, one cup's contents were dead, one had only caterpillar, and the other one were already adult size. So much for teaching the butterfly lifespan cycle. I tried to call back to try and get another cup with live specimen and cannot get through the line. It's always busy or it's a very long wait. I will order a cup of five larvae from another company."

"Good. I was disappointed that the sticker stating the package had LIVE INSECTS was covered by the postage sticker. The caterpillars were left outside in the 100 degree heat. Had the mail carrier seen the sticker, they would have hopefully rang the bell. Same thing happened last Summer. Maybe I should start ordering in the Spring instead."
