"The web description was not clear about there not being live caterpillars included in the first shipment. This caused a considerable amount of upset for my 6 year old who was expecting to start her experience when the first shipment came. We were also disappointed that we had to pay a separate shipping charge for the caterpillars. This increased the total cost of ownership and was a hidden charge that we were not expecting. Additionally, your company doesn’t seem to understand that there is a difference between a $4.99 charge and a $5.00 charge. Your web site listed the charge as $4.99 in the line item but the total was $5.00. where did the extra penny come from?
Over all I was left with a “What the?” feeling from this experience. I do not see us ordering anything else from your company nor can I foresee recommending anyone to use your services.
