"Ordered network equipment that was supposed to be a Cisco router and Cisco switch. I purposely didn't order the support because we get a break on those things with a distributor. Price was really good for the equipment until we were told by Cisco that this equipment was NOT NEW and was REFURBISHED. The equipment SKU for the serial numbers were -RF at the end and the products we ordered and were sold were still actively being sold but at higher prices.

Don't fall prey to the lower prices at least for Cisco equipment, it's not new and you'll never know it unless you do the homework that we did. We were sold refurbished products and when we called to return, they wanted to charge 20 percent restocking fees to take it back.

Now I only buy through Cisco partners that I trust. If the price is too good to be true or 10% less than everyone else, I am gambling that it's not new or it's been sold under not resale equipment. The negative reviews were right, I should have done research before spending over 4 thousand on used equipment."

"Ordered a shipping label printer from them and then after a week heard nothing. Looked up my order online to find out they cancelled it with NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER. So far they haven’t charged my card but who knows maybe I should change it. Fortunately even with 2 days till my business launch I was able to find this on Newegg.com from seller zero.com and I was able to have it in time for my launch. Had I of waited to hear something it would have hurt my bottom line as there was no way I would have been able to keep up with my launch day orders without it. Never use this company. Oh and since they will read this if it doesn’t get buried since they are a merchant member you better not charge my card or I will report it as fraud."
