"I purchased a dvd drive for my imac and found immediately that the accompanying software was only Windows compatible so I wanted to return it. I was told initially that I had to speak to technical support for a return and then that instruction was rescinded. I was then told that I had to wait for return instructions by email, which never came. I finally called back and got an RMA number and returned it on my own. I paid with paypal so hopefully they will help me get my money back, but I will never purchase anything from MacMall again. Their return policy is not executed well by their personnel. It was a horrible experience which is still playing out, as we speak."
