"Had to retry processing payment 7 times. over a 20 minute period. Tried calling customer service at 10:15PM EST and got message to call between regular office hours. I don't consider this very good customer service for spending over $1,200 for a laptop.
I'm ****!!"

"I wanted a product that was not available and could take an extra week or two. Because of time constraints, I wanted to speak with someone who could give me a closer idea on delivery. The difference between 12 days and "don't know when" made a big difference in what I ordered because it was a gift for my husband that I was having delivered to my son so my husband would not see it and I would only see my son to retrieve it by a certain date! On the site it advised calling to find out a more exact timeline for delivery. I waited for over 15 minutes to talk to someone and finally just ordered a different color that was in stock. Disappointing, but I guess I shouldn't have waited until Saturday afternoon to order!"
"Here's my experience. I found out that MacMall was having great deals for cyber Monday. I go to the website. I see that their promotional offer was free 2 DAY shipping. Yes, 2 days. I order and come to find out that they didn't even get my item (only 1 item) onto the shipping truck until 2 days AFTER my order. Furthermore, they put my order on UPS ground. I am estimated to get my laptop 10 days after my original order date. That would be 8 days later than what the promotional ad said. I call to figure things out, the customer service person said they never even had this promotion. Lucky me because I didn't take a picture of the obvious blue promotional ad at the top of the page saying free 2 day shipping. I guess I'm seeing things.
To top it off, there's a subscript right below the "Add to Order" button that says I can get 10 dollars off on the order page if I put in a code. I click the "?" button at the end of the subscript sentence and a small screen pops up with the code. I copy it. Click "Add to Order". Go to order page. And there is NOWHERE TO EVEN PUT THE CODE IN. Yet again I'm calling customer service. They act like I'm crazy. And claim that the 10 dollars is already taken off of my item. Seems a little fishy to me.
All I can say is I'm really disappointed in their fake ads and promotions on cyber Monday. Very misleading and very terrible business. I truly hope that my laptop is not as fake as these ads were. "
