"I ordered a Mac Mini recently, but the order seemed to have gotten lost because after a few days it still hadn't shipped. Customer service rep Cristal Gersa Gaton handled my case, and she managed to get one shipped out overnight, so that I would receive it the same day as if my order hadn't gotten lost. She kept me updated via email while she worked her magic, and followed up with a new tracking # once it shipped. It arrived on a Friday as I originally planned, so that I would have the weekend to set it up and transfer files over from my old Mac (a 2010 Mini that I also bought from Mac Mall). Nothing worse than having to wait until Monday to receive a new toy, and thankfully Cristal saved the day....and my weekend. I've been a Mac Mall customer for many years, and this was the first time I've ever had even the slightest bit of a problem. But fortunately it was resolved and my faith in Mac Mall confirmed.
