"I had trouble getting my credit card to process. Got issues with visa card resolved. Tried re-submitting the order still declined. Tried to call in to customer service or credit card department. Was on hold for a very long time with no answer (it is Sunday, might be why). Finally I tried to submit the order online again and it finally went through. Frustrating, but to guard against fraud, I understand sometimes order can be difficult to verify. My only frustration is that I was on hold for 15 min with no answer. Glad I was able to get my order in."
