"Had a code that didn't, they made it right."
"Instant Gaming has now checked my identification for the second time... And wanted to know why I am registered with another email address. Next time I'll shop at Eneba again."
"I wanted to buy a game and within 5 mins or so, thanks to IG, I was able to get for a fair price."
"The game is working properly and the service was really good.
"
"was very good, i'm very happy"
"Everything was as described and service was prompt. Very good."
"Its just dumb when you have to give them your photo id for verification for just a stupid game or game items. don't give out your personal information that easily! You don't know what they will use it for!"
"I would give them a 0 if I could. We bought several game packs from them for The Sims 4. The first few worked. After that, it flagged me for fraud and made me give them a picture of my driver's licence with their logo in the background being visible.
Did that.
Next day, they write to me stating that because I made more than 5 purchases and so they'll issue a refund within 7 days (of course I did; I was buying stuff packs; they don't have an "Add to cart" option.
Ok, cool. I went through their policy. There was nothing outlined in there stating that there is a 5 purchase limit. I responded to the agent stating that. They ignored what I said, and just said "Sorry but there is no exceptions to the rules."
So, they hold my money hostage and state that I will get a refund for everything I paid in 7 days, when I could have instead taking that money I spent on there to go buy the game directly from Origin?
I kept outlining that there are no rules in their written policy stating this, and they kept going back to "no exceptions" even after I stated that I am not asking for an exception, and I never did; I am asking them to honour their policy.
They responded with the "no exceptions" message again.
I said that they can't just make up "rules" on the fly, when it's not written in their policy and they said they can.
I stated that legally, they can't. They have to honour their policy.
They went back to "no exceptions to the rules". I stated that there is nothing in their rules stating this, and customer service agents don't have the authority to just make up a rule that doesn't exist in their policies and they said that they can.
I asked to speak with a manager, and they responded with the same message. I said that I want to speak with their manager, and they never responded.
SCAM COMPANY. FRAUD COMMITTING SCAMMING COMPANY. DO NOT SHOP HERE."
"This site is a fraud. They make you jump through hoops to place an order. They asked for a picture of a photo ID and state that everything can be blocked except your first name, last name, and the writing IG or Instant Gaming. I did that and they did not accept it and wouldn't tell me why. After their website not accepting my first two credit cards, customer service taking 10 hours to respond, and then denying my picture which followed there rules to a T, I've obviously had enough with these bozos. It is hilarious and ironic that they call themselves instant gaming- even if they had been competent enough to accept my business, it would have been at least 10 hours between purchase time and customer service accepting my ID. Not instant, prices are a lie, would NOT give them a picture of my ID without extra data blocked out because they are not trustworthy. I strongly suggest avoiding this company like the plague."
"They refused to refund my purchase wich I haven't got a chance to use"
"I've personally bought 5 games from them, and a few friends have each bought games from them. We've all had zero issues. They do ask for a copy of your ID to prevent fraud, but they are very fast (we're talking minutes) at verifying your ID and providing you with the key you bought. Highly recommend."
"I had an okay experience with Instant Gaming. I mean, paid cheap but it took a while to get the key.
I read an article on Keyhub saying they are legit but I'm still not 100% sure > https://www.keyhub.com/blog/instant-gaming-review-is-instant-gaming-legit/"
"I cannot recommend this site enough. It usually has the best prices for games all around, even for really recent ones. Code delivery after purchase takes only a few seconds: some people complain that is slightly annoying and should be instant, but I don‘t see a problem with that. After you start using their service they even ask for a picture with your ID and their visible site, so you get the feeling they take security seriously.
I‘m not giving them 5 stars only because I would like more options in terms of platforms I want the games to be on: for most ubisoft games I‘ve seen the codes were only available on Uplay, not Steam, and that‘s a bit inconvenient. Nonetheless, Instant Gaming is a great service.

"I tried to order from this company but couldn't. They insist on calling you if you're using Paypay, something I've never seen and I use Paypal all the time. The call got blocked by my cell as a spam call. I tried to have them call my home number but the call wouldn't even go through.
What a friggin joke of a company. They give you these runarounds and their system doesn't even work!"
"This is a great site. They consistently offer brand new releases and pre-orders at the cheapest prices, but, it has another good and bad thing about it. If the price of a game changes then they will immediately change how much you are going to pay, so, if the price goes down, then you'll pay less on the pre-order, but, if it goes back up, weather it goes up higher, weather or not it goes above what you originally paid, then the price you pay goes up as well. The Other thing I do not like about this site is that it often prices a game BEFORE even the official sites have a price tag for it, and sometimes their price reductions are based off of original prices that are much higher than the actual price of the same on the original site. Lastly, they often straight up stop offering games for sale after a certain period of time, which ****. Well, you might be asking yourself why I gave it such a favorable four out of five starts, then? It's because the bottom line is that they frequently offer the latest games at the cheapest prices, and, in fact, while g2a and kinguin often take awhile to get put up certain games, instant-gaming has the latest biggest hits up practically right away! Oh! one last little complaint, they tend to take long in delivering keys than g2a or kinguin, but the prices are more than worth it! Thus, four out of five stars!"
