"I can not say enough in praise of Instawares. My husband and I have a small sandcarving business, etching glasses optical crystal etc. Our local supplier had been promising the rest of our glass order would be on "this weeks truck" for the past 2 weeks. We had a shipping deadline of May 12 which we told them we HAD to meet and over 400 glasses left to sand carve. We were assured it would not be a problem. When they didn't show up on their warehouse warehouse truck we were left scrambling. We had no time to have 36 cases of glasses shipped from anywhere else, even if we were able locate a store with the full 36 cases available. I immediately started calling businesses online to try to fix the SNAFU. I contacted a supplier we had never used, Instawares Restaurant Supply Superstore way down in GA, just before 5:00 pm May 8 and explained the dilemma we found ourselves in. The sales rep. at Instawares, Michael Price, went above and beyond the call of duty tracking down the glasses we needed and arranging this very unusual pick up arrangement directly from the closest Libbey ware house, which was in Perrysburg OH. I went from sheer panic to relief in under 2 hours after contacting Mr. Price. I'm still amazed. The stencils had been done and waiting for over 2 weeks. We will make our deadline with no problem and Instawares Restaurant Supply has a HUGE fan and repeat customer with Legacy Etchings. Mr. Price truly "pulled a rabbit out of his hat" to ensure we would be able to make our deadline. Talk about a phenomenal first impression!"

"We placed an order for glasses. They came back with a promised delivery of one month away so we waited. When they didn't arrive we called and they said someone would call back. We later received a generic email that said they were unable to fill the order. I called back to talk to customer service. Customer service was busy and would have to call me back. I still haven't received a call. Either I've been singled out or all of the 5 star reviews are from their employees."
