ordered 2 doz. Decaf Coffee Decanters, online item number 966231, showed black & orange decanters with Bloomfield screen printed on it. Received decaf decanters last Friday, but had a completely different screen print on pots. Freshly brewed decaffinated coffee served here, or something to that nature. Can still use, but is a bit unnerving to get a substituted item without being asked first."

"I ordered a pack of 18" disposable piping bags. I had found the product online for less expensive, and Instawares was quick in replying that they would meet the price. I was very pleased. Unfortunately, though, the product that was shipped was NOT the one I had ordered. The packaging was almost identical, but it clearly had a different UPC number. (I ordered soft plastic bags, but received hard plastic, crinkly bags.)
After talking with customer service, they indicated that they did not actually have any of the correct product in their warehouse, but I could return the piping bags once they sent me a return code.
It has been over a week, and they still have not sent me a code to return the product OR get a refund.
This is the 2nd time I have experienced this problem with Instawares, and I will not be ordering these piping bags from them again."

"The product I received is fine; the only problem is that it took 2 months for all of it to get here. Apparently they had some shipping mistakes and sent our things to Ohio (we're in Arizona), and I had to keep calling and checking on it before it all finally got here. They were horrible at updating me on the status, probably partly because nothing was being done unless I kept calling. I'll try to order from them one more time, and if there are any issues, I'll find another place to order from that ships promptly and has better customer service. "
