"I placed an order with Instrumental Savings, after inquiring whether their advertised YAMAHA YCR 2310IIIS STANDARD Bb CORNET was in stock. Their prompt e-mail reply claimed this Cornet was in stock, so I placed my order. Four days later I get a call telling me the Cornet I ordered is not in stock, and I was offered either another model cornet (bait & switch), or I would have to wait more then a month while they back order it. I said no thanks, please give me a refund. Seeing how they misinformed me about the item being in stock, why should I trust them any further?

"I was a little worried when I ordered a flute because of the modest cost since I am on a limited income. The person I was talking to assured me that I would be happy with the flute. My worries where unnecessary. The flute is beautiful and well made. The tone holes have rolled edges which all expensive flutes have. This means the pads will last a lot longer. The flute also has ribbed construction of post mountings which all expensive flutes also have. The low notes are easy to play which is not the case with a cheaply made flute. I am thrilled with my purchase."
